Getting Started

Scout is Arkhia's Notification System that allows you to track Hedera DLT activity for a set of Hedera items. At the moment we support both Free and Paid tiers for Accounts and Contracts items. Notifications for v1 are stored for viewing on the Dashboard UI and Emails.

1. Scout Settings​

To receive any notifications you need to go to Scout > Settings and configure your items. Screenshot below.

2. Account Settings​

2.1 Add a valid Account Id and Network under the Account tab and switch the Tab On​

If the account is not valid you will receive a warning.

2.2 Balance​

Configure desired rules for Balance movement (0 for no notifications, any[%] for any change in balance).

2.3 Expiration​

Configure desired rules for Expiration movement (0 for no notifications or x number of days before expiration to receive notification).

2.4 Email Notifications​

Tick the box if you wish to receive an email when a notification happens. Paid tiers only

3. Contract Settings​

3.1 Add a valid Contract Id and Network under the Contract tab and switch the Tab On​

If the contract is not valid you will receive a warning.

3.2 Expiration​

Configure desired rules for Balance movement (0 for no notifications, any[%] for any change in balance)

3.3 Email Notifications​

Tick the box if you wish to receive an email when a notification happens. Paid tiers only
